Role Description
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is excited to be hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing Sales organization. The person in this role will help us continue to scale our organization efficiently. As the first teammate dedicated to Sales Operations, this person has the opportunity to heavily influence our strategy and act as a force multiplier.
As our Sales Operations Analyst, you will help with
planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, and sales program implementation. You will w
ork alongside sales to analyze team performance as both a data-driven sales leader and mentor/coach. As our ideal candidate, you are detail and process-oriented, consultative, and always up to evaluate and test new ideas. The kind of person who is a quick study of a team's performance, processes, and opportunities. You understand B2B sales challenges and complex buyer journeys in diverse industries. You get cloud-based technologies and how to build successful sales plays and processes that communicate the value of SaaS offerings.
Responsibilities:
Own the sales operations vision and strategy while also leading its execution.
Establish highly repeatable (and scalable) sales operations, reporting methodologies and processes.
Evolve the sales motion, surfacing insights that result in higher productivity for the team, while ensuring that sales velocity remains strong despite increasing complexity.
Be responsible for updates and enhancements to our Salesforce instance, ensuring appropriate distribution of leads, improvements to drive better adoption and accurate reporting.
Increase Account Executive, Solutions Engineering and Business Development Representative efficiency and remove operational drag within the sales process.
Partner with cross functional leaders to facilitate ongoing optimization and load balancing of sales coverage, account assignments and manager hierarchies.
Be accountable for accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales organization effectiveness.
Partner with Sales Leadership, HR, and IT to streamline new sales employee onboarding.
Own responsibility for the efficient allocation of technology, support, and training resources impacting the sales organization.
Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement.
Requirements
Has 4 years of relevant sales operations experience in a Sales org including relevant work addressing sales enablement, analytics and data strategy.
Understanding of core SaaS B2B technology business.
Has an informed point-of-view on how to partner effectively with key stakeholders across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success/Support.
Experience using data to make decisions even amidst ambiguous circumstances.
Someone who thrives in working autonomously to create clarity and structure for the Sales organization.
Must be highly proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, have advanced Excel skills, and technically savvy for other key sales and marketing automation applications (Outreach, Pardot
