Leveraging your excellent telephone manner and experience handling conflict you will work with new and existing customers to close sales and retain as many customers as possible. Your goal? Achieve maximum sales conversion and ensure minimal customer churn. WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED? * Previous Sales and/or Customer Service experience is essential, with a proven track record of successfully selling on the telephone * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Self-motivated with the ability to manage own workload * High attention to detail and accuracy * IT Literate - comfortable using various systems, and to learn about out products and services ANYTHING ELSE TO KNOW?
