Overview
4SITE provides utilization and occupancy software by gathering data with sensor technology that supports workplace space optimization and real estate planning. The Customer Success Project Manager is responsible for oversight and project management of on time, high quality project launch and customer support with the objective of delivering an exceptional customer experience and ongoing customer service. The customer success project manager should have a desire to embrace challenges and deliver problem solving solutions that generate a positive impact on internal and external processes and people.
The ideal candidate has prior experience working directly with customers, thrives in a startup environment, is a strategic thinker, enjoys collaborating with cross functional stakeholders and is looking for a position with high-growth potential. This is a remote position and will be performed from a home office. Candidates must reside, and be authorized to work in the United States. #LI-Remote
Salary:
$75,000/year
Responsibilities
Customer facing liaison to provide continuity between the pre-sale and post-sale experience.
Complete onboarding of clients including documentation, project planning, budgeting (travel/ordering hardware/resources), supply chain, schedule, installation, (identifying resources and contracting with them, compliance (insurance req.) etc.
Project manage customer journeys (touch points, surveys, corporate communication, monthly/quarterly reviews, expansion, adoption, risk identification, renewals - share delivered value/impact) and lead account reviews.
Ongoing, proactive engagement with customer-app updates, new features, etc.
Manage ongoing requirements (initial onboarding, redeployment management) from clients with product development team including customer requests and ticketing process.
Proactively scopes solutions required to address project management and customer requirements and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
Sales enablement list building and Salesforce uploads, RFPs and on-going sales support
Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms
Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
Acts as liaison for 4SITE employee and contractor teams to shared IT and AP resources.
Manage internal & external vendor requirements for installation.
Hardware inventory management: gateway and sensor counts
Qualifications
Four year college degree from an accredited institution
5 years of sales or sales engineering experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment
Project Management certifications or experience, Jira, Smartsheet
2 years Salesforce experience
2 years LinkedIn Sales Navigator & ZoomInfo experience
