Let’s face it, as a Sales Executive in the competitive SaaS world, a good deal of your success comes from the software solution you’re selling. If you were selling one of (if not *the*) top SaaS software solution into your particular market, which had an unrivalled reputation for excellence, innovation & constantly pushing the boundaries of what a solid SaaS solution can bring to a business – you’d be pretty confident that the OTE & more was absolutely achievable! Well – it’s your time to apply for just such a position at one of the most used, most loved & bestest Software solutions in the UK (& the world, probably. Maybe.) Role details: What you may be called: Junior Sales Executive, Junior Sales Manager, Junior Account Executive, Bob, Sue, Romesh or please stop calling us. Where you may live in the UK: London / Southeast. We try to visit the (new!) London HQ once or twice a week, so being within striking distance or willing to travel down / up / across to London is preferable. What you will earn: About £40 - £45K basic double this for hitting your (very realistic) targets to make £80K - £90K 1st year OTE, uncapped, with over-achievement accelerators, per annum good software company private benefits package. (Strong tenure; 5 years for most members. 5.8 years companywide average for 1000 employees, to be precise) - An amazing Sales leader, mentor & all-round excellent manager / boss / punching bag (“How can I help you achieve your target?” not, “Why have you not achieved your target!”) - We are a current, tight knit team of 9, looking to grow to 13 by the beginning of next year. - Uncapped earnings, quarterly & annual accelerators, reduced / ramp-up targets for the first 12 months & more warm leads than you can handle.
