To be prepared for this, and to ensure that our expertise is aligned with our customer needs, we’re now looking for a talented Customer Service Team Leader for Italian market.
Your challenge
In this position, your overall mission is to lead a 1 st
line team to work closely with the Front Line Sales team and support them to achieve sales objectives and improve the sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You are driving the development of your team, stimulating and encouraging an environment in which continuous improvement, customer experience and innovation are sought and nurtured.
You are looking for efficiency and effectiveness within the team, being responsible and accountable for Enquiry to to order / cash collection activities. You also ensure the team makes full efficient use of standard IT and global platforms (including EBP, CRM), and be able to train and coach the team to build strong digital awareness.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with a Customer Service experience and understanding, on top of leadership potential or proven skills and aptitude, in accordance with Sandvik Leadership Model. You know how to motivate a team of people, to be persuasive and create good relationships, securing both results and commitment. As we work in an international setting, you have excellent skills in English, both written and verbal, and possibly additional language skills. Fluent Italian is required.
You are capable of working in a demanding environment, demonstrating strong planning and organizing skills, being also able to set targets and coach your team to achieve them.
You have a disposition in digital applications, with good experience and skills in ERP system SAP and Microsoft 365, and proven coaching capabilities to drive the team in adopting different solutions.
