Brokerage Sales Manager:
***INDUSTRY EXPIERENCE REQUIRED (Non-asset based brokerage sales)***
My team and I are partnered with a well established, reputable transportation company that is looking to continue to grow and expand their team. They are located in beautiful Nashville, Tennessee market area.
The company prides themselves on being customer-oriented in everything they do. They have a very solid team culture with supportive management and collaboration among employees. The ideal individual is driven, focused, and able to multi-task. This position will lead a team of six as well as focusing on the companies top accounts.
Other Information:
Leading/coaching a sales team to attract new clients and cultivate current relationships
Manage the movement of freight
Develop and implement strategic sales plans in line with company goals
Solid Freight sales experience required (heavy brokerage sales REQUIRED)
Management/Leadership experience required
Proven sucess in building and maintaining sales
