Manage the commercial and technical aspects of software product sales and services for current and potential customers using skills in sales, software development, operating systems, and knowledge of various software products. Submits business proposals to clients. Communicates client’s expectations to the delivery team. Prepares estimates for any new projects. Functions as the single point of escalation for delivery and development issues. Negotiates contracts and insures adequate sales service and technical support is available to the customer. Monitors progress on work and customer’s expectation to insure that that both parties fulfill all the terms and conditions agreed upon, including payment of product and/or service fees. MS (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering (any), or a related field, plus 2 years of IT experience. The two years of IT experience must include experience with JAVA and J2EE. We will accept a BS (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering (any), plus 5 years of progressive IT experience in lieu of the stated education and experience requirement. Two of the five years of IT experience must include experience with JAVA and J2EE. We will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience in lieu of the above stated education and experience requirements.
