Would you like to be part of a high growth, customer focused team? Johnson Anderson, located in Shakopee, MN, is looking for an Account Executive
who is responsible for developing new sales opportunities and continuing to grow sales of Johnson Anderson’s solutions in the envelope converting and printing industries.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop business plans to achieve goals and quotas
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close
Network to develop new sales opportunities and develop them into long term relationships
Present products and program strategy to prospective customers
Identify solutions for new and current customers
Provide excellent after sale support and remain in close contact with customers
Trouble shoot and resolve any issues that may arise
Negotiate pricing contracts
Maintain record of sales and networking activities
Education and Experience:
Associates Degree or higher preferred
Two (2) years of direct mail, envelope, commercial print, or direct marketing experience in account management, sales, or related experience preferred
Must possess problem solving/root cause analysis skills; leadership and interpersonal skills; communication, planning and organization skills; sense of urgency and accountability; customer focus; ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environment
Ability to work well under time-sensitive, high-pressure, stressful situations
High level of attention to detail
Understanding of product, estimating /planning, customer service, and scheduling within a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of ERP workflow
Ability to provide customers with effective solutions
Computer Proficiency; CRM, Microsoft office, Excel, Power Point, Word and ability to learn new software as needed
25% travel is required
