Trust Operations Assistant
(Immediate Openings in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Seattle, Washington or San Diego, California)
The successful candidate will provide superior client service
and support to the Trust Operations Group and the Trust Administration Group in the administration of client trust, agency and custody accounts. Have a positive attitude, be highly self-motivated, professional and capable of managing their workload while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities are a must.
The duties will include significant daily trust accounting input and processing, trust account statement production and distribution, bank account reconcilements, security account reconcilements, and corporate and fiduciary funds and security trade settlement processing and balancing.
Qualifications include experience in either trust company operations, commercial bank trust department operations and/or trust accounting systems or software.
Advanced computer skills required - must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and have experience with robust CRM software and the ability to accurately and efficiently multi-task in a detail-oriented fast-paced paperless environment.
Must possess the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment. Detailed and accurate work is an absolute must. Candidates must possess excellent client service
