What you'll be doing...
The Senior Manager, Business Development is responsible for growing, developing, and leading a team of Business Development Managers responsible for leading and mentor business development representatives (BDRS). This role is for a leader that has the skills to develop BDR managers and drive strategies that ensure successful pipeline development. You will drive business development strategy by leading headcount planning, systems and process, salesforce excellence and motivation for successful teams.
What you'll be doing...
Hire, onboard, lead and coach BDR leaders
Collaborate with sales leadership on strategy for pipeline growth
Partner with cross functional teams to develop program objectives
Engage in current and future year fiscal planning
Adopt change management and finding creative solutions
Partner with supporting resources to effectively project run large workstreams
Become a guide on enablement and execution of sales enablement and prospecting tools
Perform routine audits on team activity and logged information
Who you are...
Experienced.
3 years in management experience and 5 years in call center or sales environment
