The
Associate Manager, Social Selling i
s a key role responsible for helping
drive forward our digital/social selling program, sales enablement and marketing activities which supports global sales and business development teams.
The role collaborates with sales teams helping them
build a sales pipeline, accelerate the sales process and convert more opportunities using the latest digital technologies. As part of the team, you will partner
with and support
our global sales teams
by
educating members on new digital sales practices, client engagement strategies and related technology.
Focused on helping to generate leads and sales opportunities you'll play out a diverse set of roles, from developing sales enablement content, crafting sales outreach messaging, and carrying out Account Based Marketing activities, through to providing coaching and training around digital technologies to aid with the sales process.
The position in our Social Media Marketing department is well-suited to those accustomed to working independently and self-sufficiently while wearing multiple hats:
Manage digital/social selling responsibilities supporting the needs and requirements of global sales and business development teams including developing buyer personas, sales journeys, create sales support materials, crafting sales outreach messaging
Perform research and gather intelligence on accounts and sales targets in a variety of ways including carrying out social listening and monitoring activities
Carry out Account Based Marketing activities
Introduce new tools and technologies to the current sales toolkit
Help with professional brand building to position salespeople as subject matter experts and further build their credibility
Undertake detailed sales prospecting through list building techniques
Build and deliver sales training and coaching sessions
Build out a library of social selling/digital sales resources to aid program members consisting of sales messaging, pitch decks, training videos, instructional guides
Support ongoing administrative management of the social selling/digital sales program
Youhave:
A passion for sales enablement, social media and digital marketing
Experience developing B2B sales and marketing deliverables (including, but not limited to, pitch decks, collateral, sales playbooks, sales training, sales messaging)
1-2 years' experience working alongside field sales, internal sales, business development, client success, sales operations and marketing in a B2B environment
Experience working with global sales teams helping to build a sales pipeline, increase funnel velocity, quota attainment, win rate, etc.
Ability to work independently, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Solid writing skills, with a focus on articulating impacts and benefits of products and how they add value
Comfort undertaking account and industry-based research and intelligence gathering with the ability to synthesize findings to actionable insights
Strategic thinking mindset, understanding the need to build relationship and coordinate across functional teams
Superior verbal and interpersonal abilities - ability to present to internal audiences
Proficiency at using social media networks in particular LinkedIn
Experience at working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce
Ability to analyze data and drive decisions and actions to enhance social selling program activity
Experience of administrative duties - license management, reporting, renewals
Demonstrated experience working with complex technical topics, conveying them through effective sales materials and creative content creation.
Self-motivated; with a data-driven, creative mindset and highly driven to produce results.
Bachelor's degree in Sales Management, Business, Marketing, or related experience
