They are looking for self-motivated individuals who have experience in customer service and sales. Responsibilities:Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsProvide excellent customer service to customers interested in products or who have inquiriesUp-sell, cross sell and attempt to close on leads; consistently following up on sales opportunitiesEnsure all leads and sales are entered in CRM as requiredResearch accounts, identify key players and generate interestQualifications:Minimum of 1 years of Customer Service and Inside Sales experienceExcellent communication skillsExperience with any CRM system is a plusExperience from E-commerce environment is a plusMust speak fluent EnglishPay: $35,000-40,000 commission If interested, please send over a copy of your resume!!
