Overview
Functional management and leadership of Sales activities for the Commercial Services Division. Plans and implements strategic plan initiatives to achieve commercial sales objectives. Reports to the General Manager of Commercial Services.
Responsibilities
Works with GM and Executive Team to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and grow sales volumes and revenue.
Develops and manages sales/ marketing budgets for the division.
Recommends pricing strategies to position the company for the highest market share while maintaining margin objectives.
Evaluates market research and works with Director of Marketing to meet changing market and competitive economic conditions.
Monitors competitor products, services, sales and marketing activities to leverage the division for competitive success.
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
Directs staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and manage sales initiatives.
Represents Company/Division at trade association meetings and networking functions to promote company services.
Meets with key clients, assisting sales team with maintaining relationships, negotiating contracts and closing opportunities.
Development talent management programs to optimize productivity and sales pipeline for sales and telemarketing team members.
Develops and provides input on proposal content and updates.
Manages a sales support member to optimize resources and to automate content libraries using SharePoint.
Provides oversight of the CRM Database to strengthen sales pipeline and content management.
Partners with IT to establish effective use of CRM

Qualifications
College graduate with business, sales, marketing, or similar professional discipline.
Minimum of 7 years managing a dynamic salesforce.
Experience using CRM to track leads, manage clients, and track sales pipeline.
Demonstrated experience in Sales Management, coaching, mentoring, and developing a sales team.
Must connect well with people and inspires a team to achieve results.
Results oriented and enthusiastic.
Experience driving results through collaborative effort.
Possesses skillsets to recognize the nuances of individuals and influences their decisions and performance by managing to their individual strengths.
Strategic and business-minded professional to create policies within the organization that drive growth and optimal profit on all business serviced.
Able to hold sales team accountable for budgets, sales numbers, creation of new revenue streams.
