Inside Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, qualify and develop an outbound target account sales pipeline
Build sales pipeline by following up on website downloads, product information requests, and trade show leads
Arrange and participate in conference calls between technical staff members and management decision makers to execute and facilitate the sales process
Arrange meetings between sales team members and management decision makers to execute and develop the sales process
Close business to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives
Enhance business relationships to create and leverage additional opportunities
Increase sales to existing customer base
Work with Marketing to conduct seminars, and assist with trade shows and other marketing-related events
Required Experience:
B.A/B.S or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of three to five years experience as an Inside Sales Representative selling enterprise infrastructure systems and/or software.
Ability to articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of both the company and products.
Exposed to extensive sales training.
Skilled in thinking strategically and tactically.
Ability to compose complex proposals and accurate forecasts.
Strong understanding of the video production industry.
Great relationship skills, tenacity, resilience and inter-personal/presentation skills.
Experience, credibility, and presence that enables you to work effectively at all levels within very large and complex organizations.
Previous start up experience.
Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment.
