The agricultural sales representative’s time will include increasing market share in their territory as well as maintaining existing customer relationships.\r\n\r\n\t \r\n\r\n\tJob Requirements: \r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t\tBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the agriculture and sales industry.\r\n\t\r\n\t\tRepresentative will be based out of their own home.\r\n\t\r\n\t\tTravel to company headquarters is required throughout the year.\r\n\r\n\r\n\t \r\n\r\n\tBasic Qualifications: \r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t\tStrong communication skills are required. This includes communicating with our customers as well as communicating with other sales and customer service staff.\r\n\t\r\n\t\tOrganizational skills should include being highly detail-oriented.\r\n\t\r\n\t\tAbility to work independently.\r\n\t\r\n\t\tAbility to schedule daily tasks with follow-up.\r\n\t\r\n\t\tKnowledge of computers and smartphones is necessary for organizational leadership and effective communication.\r\n\t\r\n\t\tWillingness to learn and follow Customer Relationship Management software, calls logs, as well as advanced sales training.\r\n\t\r\n\t\tDaily travel is necessary within the agricultural sales representative’s assigned territory. \r\n\t\r\n\t\tSeasonal trade show attendance is required.\r\n\t\r\n\t\tValid Driver’s License \r\n\r\n\r\n\t \r\n\r\n\tCompensation: Salary plus commission. Paid company vehicle.
