Profile

BUILDING AUTOMATION CONTROLS ACCOUNT MANAGER
Sales Experience in Construction or Service of Building Automation and Control Systems, Integration, EPMS in mission critical and commercial facilities.
Duties
Establish and maintain relationships with key Consulting Engineers, Mechanical Contractors and Building Owners with the intent to sell and grow the Building Automation Business.
Aid and work with Consulting Engineers with writing Control Specifications.
Attend pre-bid Job meetings, Job walks and client meetings to assess project requirements.
Estimate and develop proposals for new installation or retro-fit control projects and service contracts.
Conduct presentations to perspective clients, engineers, and contractors.
Work with and negotiate with sub-contractors and purchases with electrical contractors and vendors.
Assist the installation team in developing 100% customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
Minimum of 4 years’ previous sales experience in construction or service of Building Automation and Control Systems, integration, and EPMS in mission critical and commercial facilities.
Must be fluent in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Visio and or AutoCAD a plus.
BACnet Control Systems Sales experience a plus.
