We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing, and fun-loving Senior Market Development Representative Manager to join our team. What you will do
As our Market Development Representative (MDR) Manager, you are a player/coach, and your job is to be the front line in the sales process. You will spend your days developing the strategy, processes and metrics that lead to successful days prospecting, cold-calling, and evangelizing the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. brand to our Alliance and go to market partners as well as targets within our ideal customer profiles. You will be measured by your seamless relaying of qualified pipeline opportunities to our Account Executive Sales team from efforts of your own and that of the team.
In this role, you will:
Leverage the skills and experience you already have earned to be a Team Lead
Develop the process, tools and systems that will lead to your own and the team's success
Mentor BDRs and SDRs to higher performance
Research, identify and tenaciously generate weekly new opportunities
Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain a high volume of activity including outbound cold calls, emails, & social selling
Consistently exceed monthly and annual quota and be well-compensated for doing so
Recruit, onboard and mentor to success additional members of the MDR Team
Be responsible for accurately tracking customer interactions and information in Salesforce
Be able to leverage the latest in data enrichment, sales engagement, and prospect maturation technology to achieve personal and team scale
Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts
Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
Conduct weekly update and strategy meetings with a nationally dispersed Account Executive team
Work with our Marketing team to develop campaigns and creative outreach strategies
Minimum Requirements for the position
To be successful in this role, you MUST
have all of the following:
Proven track record of success prospecting for new business
Proficient skills in leveraging Salesforce and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach and Qualified
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Experience achieving against metrics
Possess a motivated, driven, and self-starting attitude
Strong desire to prove yourself as a leader
Strong time management, organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced, close-knit team environment 1 - 3 years of full-time sales experience (software sales is a plus)
Ability to understand customer needs and map those needs to a solution
Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications for the position:
Team leadership experience
Salesforce ecosystem experience
Enterprise prospecting experience
Formal sales methodology training a bonus (Sandler, MEDDIC, Challenger)
