Description

The Sales Support Representative 4 claims monthly sales to ensure that sales team members are paid accurately and on time. Foster and build relationships with internal and external customers through effective and timely communication. Work closely with market contacts to ensure inquiries are addressed in a timely manner. Provide guidance regarding hierarchy and alignment of sales and broker relationships. Proficiency in Excel and competency with Access to create reports, and provide audit and reconciliation of sales for internal and external partners. Duties will result in becoming a subject matter expert in various areas of sales operations, data claiming, and reporting. Successfully works within broad guidelines with little oversight.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications


High School Diploma

2 - 4 years of experience in sales, sales support, or related field

High proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint

Previous experience with coordinating and leading projects and tasks, reporting and analytics

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

Prior experience in healthcare industry

Must have a separate room with a locked door that can be used as a home office to ensure you have absolute and continuous privacy while you work.

Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and recommended speed for optimal performance from Humana systems is 10M x 1M
