\r\n\tOur client, a rapidly-growing global leader in integrated pest management strategies for growers, is hiring a Sales Representative covering accounts from northern Florida into North Carolina.\r\n\r\n\t \r\n\r\n\tThe Sales Representative is a passionate advocate for sustainable management, partnering with growers throughout the region to develop, negotiate, and plan for their needs while building long-term relationships and providing the highest quality service in the industry. Reporting to the Regional Sale Manager, this role collaborates with other team members and is the driving force in achieving the sales objectives and growth expectations for the territory.\r\n\r\n\t \r\n\r\n\tRESPONSIBILITIES:\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t\tProvide high quality customer service and build strong customer relationships\r\n\t\r\n\t\tGenerate product forecasting\r\n\t\r\n\t\tDevelop and maintain business/growth plan by identifying new business opportunities\r\n\t\r\n\t\tSeek, contact, and negotiate with potential customers\r\n\t\r\n\t\tHandle product performance inquiries, complaints, and establish customer trials\r\n\t\r\n\t\tCollaborate with the Regional Manager, Customer Operations, and Technical team to maximize services, information, and sales\r\n\t\r\n\t\tDevelop a strong understanding of the challenges associated with growing in diverse micro-climates, conventional, and organic agriculture/horticulture\r\n\t\r\n\t\tDeliver effective sales presentations during customer meetings\r\n\t\r\n\t\tParticipate in trade shows, trainings, company meetings, and conferences (travel up to 60%)\r\n\r\n\r\n\t \r\n\r\n\tDESIRED PROFILE:\r\n\r\n\t \r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t\tBachelor s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field of study is preferred\r\n\t\r\n\t\tMinimum of 3 years experience in sales/account management\r\n\t\r\n\t\tExtensive knowledge of vegetable/ornamental production\r\n\r\n\r\n\t \r\n\r\n\t \r\n\r\n\tCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:\r\n\r\n\t \r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t\tBase salary based on experience and knowledge, plus comprehensive bonus package\r\n\t\r\n\t\tCompetitive benefit package\r\n\t\r\n\t\tCompany car, phone, and laptop provided\r\n\r\n,
