We're looking for a committed, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative with a successful track record. Based in Fremont, California, the Sales Rep is responsible for maximizing market penetration of the company's label, overlay panel, nameplate, and component products in the medical and electronics industries and developing current and prospective accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Increase profitable sales by addressing the needs of established accounts and building share among new customers.
Formulate and implement planned sales account strategies.
Help customers and prospects attain their goals through the proper utilization of the company's new and existing products and services.
Respond promptly to customer communications in accordance with company policy, and pass along key developments to management.
Keep customers satisfied and up-to-date on the order process and changes in offerings.
Prepare activity and expense reports, sales forecasts, and competitive summaries to keep managers and other salespeople well-informed.
Participate in company events such as trade shows and training programs.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of related experience with a provable track record selling to major medical, electronics, or other high-technology accounts. Experience selling custom overlays and labels a plus. College-educated self-starter and strategic thinker. Strong relationship-building, presentation, and problem-solving skills; professional demeanor. Fluency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word a strong plus.
