growth from net new prospects, while leading a team of sales executives.
This individual will

public sector, account strategy and how to execute a sales management process with discipline and

Working in this position, you develop and maintain an excitement about utilizing the latest technology to help public sector businesses deliver key services to their customers.
Role Description:
As a Sales Leader you will be managing a team of Account Executives selling the Salesforce We are looking for a proven sales leader with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive team performance and sales for our enterprise team. You will formulate and execute a strategy to maximize business growth. This role works in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, Partner Alliances, Services & HR, therefore cross-company engagement and orchestration is essential. The candidate will be a high impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results & first-class employee development. The RVP is fully responsible for developing and managing the team to generate revenue and achieve individual team and organizational quotas. Aligning to the sales strategy, the RVP defines and implements plans for the assigned Accounts to achieve sales objectives.

Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for region in support of
opportunities and rapport with key customers; and working directly with reports onkey new prospect
Expand customer base by counseling account executives; building and maintaining
Meet quota responsibility for territory
Roll up individual forecasts to regional commitment
Work with direct reports on defining and executing regional sales plans
appropriate stages in the sales cycle if needed to grow and advance the sale
Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast
usingSalesforce
and other tools
Effectively and efficiently engage Public Sector
Executives
and resources at
Responsible for hiring and managing direct reports as needed
Identify, uncover, and develop new account opportunities within a given territory
Your Qualifications:
The years of experience and skillset needed to be successful will vary from 3-5 yrs of sales leadership experience managing a team of seven or more quota carrying sales people. In addition, a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
Proven sales management experiencewith experience in the Public Sector/Federal vertical
Knowledge of complex, multi-vendor selling cycles
Must have proven Solution Selling experience into IT and Mission Owners
Demonstrated team management responsibilities including quota ownership for direct reports
