Strauss Media Strategies currently seeks an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive to work with a myriad of clients. The Account Executive/Senior Account Executive will assist with booking radio interviews with national radio networks, national shows, and local stations, booking and arranging satellite media tours, writing press releases and scripts for audio news releases, setting up taped news interviews and radio conference calls via satellite and ISDN lines, setting up radio soundbite actuality systems and distributing actualities via telephone, generating radio public service announcement campaigns, implementing radio station promotions, producing radio commercials, buying radio advertising and consulting on radio and television usage, strategy, and event planning.
The Account Executive/Senior Account Executive is also responsible for creating and developing new business, writing proposals and making presentations with the goal of generating new sales.
Requirements

Smart and quick on feet, creative, and willing to work long hours if necessary.
Positive working attitude and ability to get along with others.
Excellent interpersonal communications skills and organizational skills.
Detail oriented, task oriented and ability to be flexible.
Ability to juggle multiple projects.
Strong writing skills.
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ACT! Database.
Experience in the public relations, communications, radio and/or television fields are a strong plus.
College education required.
