We are currently seeking candidates who are team players, as well as passionate about retail, the outdoors, and power sports.
You are known for your excellent listening and communication skills, as well as for your thoroughness.
The chosen candidate will advise customers on products with the goal of customer satisfaction, retention, and on-going referrals. He or she will act as a go-to person for customers and along with colleagues, assist in daily operations, most notably by:
Listening to, advising and providing customers with outstanding customer service, and maintaining the customer satisfaction by following up with warranty and after-purchase relationships
Informing customers on products and promotions
Ensuring that his/her product knowledge is up to date, upselling merchandise and accessories
Participating in inventory management and inventory counts. Acting as an ambassador during promotional events and shows. Applying company standards and procedures. Maintaining a certain standard of deportment as you represent us at tradeshows and to the public
