Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to the executive team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the supply chain consulting or material handling integration solutions industry.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
