Business Development Manager- C130 Specialist, North America
Duties and responsibilities
Develops a growths strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange, prepare, and lead business meetings with prospective customers
Promote the company’s products, services and solutions addressing and understanding clients’ objectives
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Determine, map out, and develop relationship with key influential decision makers in targeted accounts.
Align leadership and other periphery departments with customers to formalize and build relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
5 years Aviation Experience in Military Sales specifically C130 aircraft parts
High level of emotional intelligence
Positive, can-do attitude
Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
Direct experience presenting, attracting and securing new military supplier approvals as strategic partner
Proven sales track record
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to multitask
Demonstrable aptitude in effective negotiating
Develops and maintains strong business relationships
Proven account management and sales experience
Working conditions
Travel required: (25%)
