About the
role
Due to internal
developments an interesting opportunity has arisen for an
experienced product manager to join us in the role of
Channel Manager – Residential
Channels.
In this role, you will lead the strategy to
nurture and grow the commercial relationships with our indirect
channels to market and promote growth of our residential customer
base, delivering on Kleenheat’s business growth
objectives.
As the newest member of
the Sales and Marketing team, you will manage a portfolio of
existing partners, identify opportunities for new partners as well
as identify and develop new channels to market, helping grow the
residential customer segment.
In addition, some
of your responsibilities will include:
Directly engaging with existing high profile channel partners, identifying strategies and executing on campaigns to optimise the yield of the channel partner relationship.
Identifying and onboarding new partners within existing proven channels.
Identifying and developing completely new channels to market - from idea/concept, through business plan and operational implementation.
Planning and analysis, designing and presenting proposals, through to negotiation of commercial contract terms for new partners.
Reporting, monitoring and conduct analysis on commerciality of the channel and individual partnerships.
Ensuring compliance of operational and sales processes.
The successful
incumbent will possess:
Channel partner management, sales management or product management experience with a strong commercial outcome focus.
Strong analytical skills of sales data and ability to apply commercial thinking to proposals.
Demonstrated experience in delivering written sales proposals, negotiation and executing using a structured sales methodology.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence channel partners to increase Kleenheat’s market share.
