Absolutely!nWhat youu2019ll learn & achieve:nThe Sales Support Manager is responsible for the management of the sales support andadministrative functions in order to increase sales productivity, provide client satisfaction, andgrow profits for the assigned business or territory. This position selects, develops, andevaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function(s) required to support thesales process.nn Manages the coordination of activities of a section or department with responsibility formeeting financial commitments, including costs, methods, and staffingn Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peergroup managers to address sales process issues and/or resolve customer needsn Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that increaseproductivityn Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policiesn Manages the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishingperformance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance andensuring that all policies are understood and adhered ton Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow allphysical and digital security practicesn Performs other duties as directed.nnWhat makes you a great fit:nn University Degree (Equivalent to Bacheloru2019s Degree) in a related field plus generally eightyears of experience.n Ability to work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires avariety of factors, including understanding the sales process.n Requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technicalinformation concerning specific projects or schedules to senior level management.n Extensive knowledge of company policies and sales processes.n UL has COVID-19 protocols and policies in place to ensure the safety of our employees, customers and clients.
