POSITION PROFILE:
This position ensures that the Knoll brand and message are reinforced through the overall showroom experience. Additionally this position is critical to the smooth and successful operation of the sales process as it relates to all showroom activities. This will be a multi-faceted role; Showroom, Sales and Executive Support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Showroom:
Maintain overall showroom appearance
Order parts and schedule repairs
Oversee supply of required marketing materials
Coordinate showroom events with reception and facilities
Work closely with the sales team
Coordinate showroom visits
Sales:
Enhance the overall customer experience
Achieve consistency and organization of marketing materials
Well versed in operating Microsoft Office and Technology
Inventory furniture warehouse and set up tagging systems for additional items
Coordinate with sales for Sample Deliveries as needed
Executive Support
Perform various duties required to support the Region
Required Skills
Desired Interior Design, Graphics or Furniture industry experience
Strong interpersonal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and deliver presentations
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, associates, managers, outside contacts, and corporate office
Must be able to communicate effectively over the telephone
Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
Required Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
