Summary:
We are actively hiring a full-time Sales Engineer to join our Delivery team and support the continued growth of Bamboo Health.
Bamboo Health offers technology products and services which provide the tools necessary for healthcare organizations to perform whole person care coordination for their patients. This role will primarily be responsible for supporting sales activities by serving as an operational and technical subject matter expert, ensuring new implementations are appropriately scoped and sold, and maintaining alignment between Sales, Delivery, and the customer as closed-won deals progress into implementation.
What You'll Do:
Partner with members of the Sales organization to provide operational and technical (primarily HL7) expertise and support by attending sales meetings/calls as needed
Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain Bamboo Health's products and services to customers
Scope customer requirements, match those to the appropriate product(s) and Launch package / Professional Services Statement of Work, and advise Sales team
Surface demand for new product(s) and capabilities to Product and Engineering. Factor ability to deliver and timelines into scoping/deal design for active Sales opportunities
Review and own the approval/escalation process of non-standard Launch packages and Statements of Work
Own maintenance and continuous improvement of standard Launch package content, pricing, and Statement of Work language
Facilitate smooth post-sale customer handoffs between Sales and Delivery (implementation) teams
Design, build, and refine processes and playbooks in support of the responsibilities above

In 3 months...
Develop solid understanding of Bamboo Health's products and services, Launch packages and SOWs, and onboarding processes
Establish relationships with Sales and Delivery team members
Begin to demonstrate subject matter expertise by participating on Sales meetings/calls
In 6 months...
Demonstrate mastery of Bamboo Health's products and services, Launch packages and SOWs, and onboarding processes
Assume ownership of Launch package design and pricing activities
Partner with Revenue Operations to design a scalable Statement of Work review and approval/escalation process
In 12 months...
Influence product, service, and process improvement by representing the prospect's point-of-view from an operational and technical perspective
Own and document the playbook for end-to-end intake of Sales support requests, Statement of Work reviews, and hand-offs from Sales to Delivery
What You Need:
Experience in sales or similar customer-facing roles, in the healthcare or technology industries a plus
Intermediate knowledge of HL7 content and structure, VPN/networking requirements, and database architecture
The ability to relate technical information to technical and non-technical customers
Experience with high-growth companies a plus
Desire to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
