What we're looking for:
The Sales Strategy & Operations team is an integral part of the Sales organization and works closely with Marketing, Finance, and other teams within the broader GTM & Revenue Operations organization.
As the Sr. Manager, Sales Strategy & Operations, you will provide key insights and recommendations to executives and sales leaders. You will drive the sales operating cadence through weekly and monthly business reviews and play a large role in conducting sales analyses, business/investment planning and other strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Work with cross-functional organizations within to drive alignment and collaboration on the execution and achievement of key business goals on a weekly and monthly basis
Manage the annual and quarterly planning processes, including the development of business plans, operating models, resource allocation, market segmentation and territory design.
Lead goals setting, tracking and performance measurement of the business. Challenge the organization by working on plans to address weaknesses and help drive processes to exceed goals consistently.
Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations.
Basic Qualifications
6 to 8 years of experience in sales/business operations, consulting, or similar roles, preferably at high growth technology/SaaS companies and/or investment banking/consulting firms
Strong analytical fluency, modeling, presentation, and problem solving skills
Ability to balance the needs of numerous stakeholders to quickly drive towards the most optimal solution
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce.com or similar tools)
Preferred Qualifications
Expert in business intelligence tools (Tableau or similar tools)
Expert in Excel/G-Sheets and SQL or similar tools for analysis
Experience with PostgreSQL or Google BigQuery
