Absolutely!nWhat youu2019ll learn & achieve:nUnder minimal supervision, the CMIT Americas High Tech Product Safety Lead Sales Executive is responsible for the development and execution of High Tech Product Safety growth strategy, coaching and mentoring Sales, order/revenue growth in partnership with operations and direction/support to managers and sales staff that sell High Tech Product Safety services directly to end users of ULu2019s products or services in the Americasnn Owns,develops, and executes High Tech Product Safety commercial growth strategy.n Partner with Sales team and Leadership to grow business and close the sale.n Develop and motivate sales professionals by coaching/mentoring, professional development, training and transferring the knowledge of sales techniques, service offerings and industry knowledge to drive results.n Works closely with Operations teams to drive collaboration, technical, efficiency improvement and execute overall High Tech Product Safety growth strategyn Reports out to leadership on CMIT Americas High Tech Product Safety business n Stays up to date with and understands latest market developments and trends.n Maintains knowledge of ULu2019s products and services and is able to communicate value proposition coaching/mentoring to Sales/clients.n Monitors High Tech Product Safety sales transaction pipelines and forecastingn Performs other duties as directed.nnWhat makes you a great fit:nUniversity Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors degree) in an Engineering field or a related discipline plus generally eight years of directly related experience.Extensive knowledge of company policies and sales processes.Requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules to senior level management and customers.Recognized as a product or service subject matter expert by peers, customers, and industry leaders.Significant business travel and work outside of the office is required.n nUL has COVID-19 protocols and policies in place to ensure the safety of our employees, customers and clients.
