Profile

Frandsen Bank & Trust seeks a full-time Universal Banker II for our Apple Valley or Lakeville, MN office. The Universal Banker must provide a high level of professional communication, attention to detail, and technical skills to provide exceptional customer service. They must proactively identify opportunities to expand customer relationships by engaging in deep and meaningful conversations. The ability to make customer introductions to banking partners is a key responsibility of this position.
Attributes of the successful candidate will include the ability to work independently, be outgoing, personable and professional presenting bank products and services to prospective and existing clients. Strong communications, sales and service skills are required.
