Serve as the Growth lead for operating units focused on supporting the planning and conduct of missions of consequence in cyberspace.
Create customer-focused strategic growth plans with clear objectives, goals, and actions to drive new business growth, ensuring alignment with corporate and sector strategy goals
Develop and execute a new business pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and supporting the capture of new business in accordance with the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Business Acquisition Process.
Achieve revenue and sales goals through new business program awards
Function as the primary interface with the US Army's Cyberspace customer set; build relationships with key personnel through effective leadership and communication
Develop strategies to shape requirements and support successful capture of new business, communicate these effectively to technical, functional, and business team mates.
Coordinate with a business development staff of organizationally aligned and matrixed resources to engage in complex functional activities that will have a major impact on meaningful and measurable revenue growth by winning new business and contract re-competes for business units, sector and throughout the company.
Manage budgeted business development resources. Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports as required.
Cooperate with other leaders across the Cyber Mission sector and the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. enterprise to maintain consistent messaging with customers and drive overall enterprise success.
Travel as
required, and dictated by business need.
Required Qualifications
B
achelor's
degree and a minimum 15 years of professional experience.
In-depth understanding of the US Army customer's missions across their entire enterprise.
Highly effective communicator to all levels within the company and with a variety of senior level stakeholders
Proven success with the business acquisition process, from identifying an opportunity through pursuit, program startup and ongoing program execution.
A demonstrated track record of supporting or winning contracts in excess of $50M supporting the US Army customer.
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI accessibility; CI Poly eligible
Desired Qualifications
Master's Degree
Operational experience with the US Army's cyber mission.
Active clearance and CI Poly with a US Cyberspace Command or MPO affiliated customer.
Existing relationships with US Army Cyber organization customers.
