Description
The Director, Inside Sales - Partner Channel leads a team consisting of 2 Associate Directors, 50 Broker Relationship Executives, who recruit, train, and engage contracted field representatives to sell and retain Humana Retail Products. The Director, Inside Sales - Partner Channel requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).
Responsibilities
The Director, Inside Sales - Partner Channel leads a team consisting of 2 Associate Directors, 50 Broker Relationship Executives, who recruit, train, and engage contracted field representatives to sell and retain Humana Retail Products. These products include, and may not be limited to, Medicare Advantage, MAPD, Prescription Drug Plan (PDP), Medicare Supplement, Dental and Vision products. This role is responsible for setting the “go to market strategy” for Broker Relationship Executive team. Execution of developed strategy within the given markets with a high degree of collaboration with the local, on the ground, market leadership and oversight of the day-to-day account management of the Broker Relationship Executive Team within the Partner Channel. This role is accountable for achieving new sales growth targets and retention objectives for the field agent channel. Decisions are typically related to strategy development, executing, identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree
8 or more years of technical
5 or more years of management experience
Active Health & Life Insurance Licenses
Must have, or be able to obtain a Health & Life Insurance or all appropriate state licenses
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Medicare or Insurance industry experience
Strong analytical and computer skills Preferred
