Tony Divino Toyota is seeking highly motivated Sales Consultants to join our team. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not required. We are dedicated to providing our staff with ongoing training and development opportunities to help them grow their careers with our organization.

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs and ensuring that their car buying journey is a positive one.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with their vehicle inquiries 

Demonstrate product knowledge and provide information about features, benefits and financing options

Build rapport and establish trust with customers to help them make informed buying decisions

Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses

Schedule test drives and follow up with customers to assess their satisfaction

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Maintain knowledge of current promotions and incentives to maximize sales opportunities

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED 

Proven customer service experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Positive attitude and a team player mentality

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
