If this sounds exciting to you, you might be exactly what we need on our team.The Director of Sales \u2013 Distribution is responsible for owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets with our distribution partners. Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting distribution partner relationships.Responsibilities\u00A0Cultivate and drive the success and growth of distribution partners, as well as\u00A0 identify, engage, plan, and develop new regional accounts to represent BAF.Achieve objectives through effective planning, setting and managing sales goals, and analyzing data on past performance and project future performance.Responsible for motivating and advising distribution partners to maximize their sales performance.\u00A0Identify best practices to support new product launches or services into the channel/market and ensure customer service standards are high and continually improving.\u00A0Understanding and articulating competitive positioning.\u00A0Coordinate client relationship opportunities such as project proposals, budgeting, service contracts and work orders.Represent and drive company initiatives at conferences and trade associations.Oversee opportunity and lead progression through opportunity pipeline reports.Complete monthly forecast reports determining revenue vs. goal forecasts to inform management on developments.Handle industry partner programs relationships to summon and discuss market and customers.Supervise marketing material and programs relative to region and accounts.Sell target accounts, identify prospects and create new ideas to generate revenue and new opportunities.Requirements7-10 years experience in sales/management within the industrial products segmentExperience in industrial HVAC is strongly preferredA solid understanding of the New Construction go-to-market process\u00A0Strong knowledge of industrial distribution partner networkTechnical experience and knowledge of mechanical equipmentImpeccable communication and presentation skillsHighly self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environmentUp to 50% travel\u00A0Why live life Big Ass?You\u2019re not just a member of the Big Ass Fans team; it\u2019s BIGGER than us.
