You will be part of Shell Fleet Solutions HK. Shell Fleet Solutions HK (SFSHK) is one of the market leaders in business mobility. We collaborate with businesses that have a fleet of commercial passenger cars, light, medium or heavy duty vehicles. Our focus is to provide sustainable energy, mobility, payment and fleet management solutions for your company’s fleet. Current product ranges from traditional fuels to decarbonization solution such as nature based carbon credit, along with EV charging services.
What is the role?
In this role, you will support and manage SFS marketing & business development activities for direct and indirect channels growth. The Marketing and BD advisor will also play an active role in implementing launch activities for new CVPs (i.e EV charging for SFS, Accelerate to Zero). In additional, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of the long term strategy plan (Project Athena) for SFS HK, to better position SFS HK during the energy transition journey. Key responsibilities include:
Work with different stakeholders (sales, customer operations, IT, marketing agencies, CP) to develop and implement different marketing initiative and customer events.
Support the development of SFS EV Offerings (Charging on the go & Depot charging). Key tasks include working with internal Shell IT and external partners to ensure on time delivery of SFS EV charging on the go solution, managing customer pilots and develop market launch and sales materials with support from global marketing team and local agency.
Support the development of SFS Accelerate to Zero (A2Z) program. Key tasks includes working with SFS global marketing team to develop sales materials that is fit for purpose, support Sales team in A2Z sales relative activities, and build marketing activities to promote and monetize our A2Z program.
Support the development of our telematics business – such as market study, understanding customer needs, opportunity dimensioning and identifying partnership opportunities.
Support other initiatives such as inorganic growth, new energies development, lead generation and other systems/CVP enhancement.
Manage and grow our Shell Fleet driver program.
Work with sales team to maintain up to date market data (i.e market share, churn, SOW).
Support the management of the SME portfolio (bronze & low silver), work closely with SME inbound team to manage churn and drive volume growth through various marketing initiatives.
What we need from you?
Relevant Bachelor Degree
Relevant experience in marketing and business development environment. Prior sales experience a plus.
Good working knowledge of the customer operation and financials and knowledge of specialist sources of information in knowledge of CRM tools. Understanding of SFS IT landscape a plus.
Strong IT literacy on all Office Programs, especially in MS Excel
Strong analytical skills, ability to provide data driven insights
Good knowledge of English
Proven/track record of competence in working with external partners.
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to manage relationships at all levels.
Strong credibility (or proven willingness and capability to improve) in Personal and business skills.
