We are hiring a **Global Product Manager** focusing on our Thrombectomy franchise, you will help shape our commercial entry strategy and implement cohesive launch plans that will lead to growth and differentiation in this exciting field.
In this role you will define global customer and business commercial needs, engage sales leaders and key opinion leaders world-wide, perform rigorous launch planning, leverage analytics, and execute marketing for two new technologies. This role will also lead the expansion of our business worldwide. Collaboration with Clinicians, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Integration PMO, regulatory and clinical, and other cross-functional partners is essential.
We are seeking a marketer with a strong desire to bring Medtronic's Peripheral Vascular Health Thrombectomy to a market leader position! To do this you will need to have an ability to deal with ambiguous situations and independence to drive projects through to completion. A clear understanding of medical device markets, and specifically interventional vascular markets, is strongly desirable.

**A Day in the Life:**
Support commercial planning and execution for two new therapies.
Develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies to launch new products & technologies including messaging, physician engagement, effective pricing & sales engagement.
Create and manage content for sales tools, marketing campaigns, and programs.
Communicate effectively and ensure leadership is well informed and aligned with key strategies and recommendations.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key opinion leaders. Work with the team to define and execute on customer feedback planning through market research, field travel & customer visits in support of the aortic portfolio.
Manage Thrombectomy competitive intelligence, including creation and distribution of competitive analysis, updates, messaging. Identify and lead competitive response strategies with sales and commercial operations.
Collaborate with a wide variety of internal stakeholders across legal, regulatory, clinical, OMA and R&D to drive alignment and execution of marketing strategies.
Present strategies and rationale to senior leadership, facilitate open and active dialog among internal stakeholders and drive alignment.
Ability to travel 30%.
**Must Have:**
Bachelors Degree and 4 years experience in a marketing, sales, or a technical role (2 years with Advanced Degree)
Downstream marketing experience
**Nice to Have:**
MBA or other Masters Degree
Clinical and technical knowledge of Cardiovascular/Diagnostic markets, customers, and products
Product management and launch experience
Project management, program design and execution
Strong history of collaboration with field personnel and physicians
Demonstrated leadership abilities and competitive mindset
