Responsibilities
While reporting to the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. National Sales Director and Engagement Center Management, this role will be responsible for delivering branded messages to targeted HCPs using approved marketing and sales materials. The Inside Account Manager will represent our client, as an emerging leader in the healthcare industry and under supervision will be responsible for providing outbound marketing and inbound customer telephonic support in a pharmaceutical environment. Primary responsibility will be making calls to clients/customers (such as HCPs, physicians and nurses) to market/detail the product utilizing a call script/guide and entering the data into CRM/OCE.
(Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following):
Achieve contract performance goals and objectives as established in the client agreement.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all company approved product information.
Develop comprehensive and accurate product presentations using marketing and selling materials.
Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to insure efficient and comprehensive coverage of territory.
Ensure complete and accurate customer data for assigned territories in sales force automation system per the timelines provided by business area.
Contacts new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives in targeted accounts by identifying opportunities and developing new business, growing existing business, maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting customer problems.
Identify and address any customer issues and prioritize responses to best enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the inside sales force. Collaborate with all relevant departments across organization to ensure that issues are addressed.
Manage and maintain customer relationships to establish loyalty and build trust with key contacts.
Pre and post call analysis of calls.
Participate in training and development programs.
Provide approved localized formulary and managed care information.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has
BA/BS degree required
Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
Digital, tele or related multi-channel experience required
Self-motivated with strong performance orientation, expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship building via e-promotion
Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Must have advanced business acumen skills
