My client is looking for an out going Inside Sales Representative who is accountable for performing a broad range of administrative and clerical duties within a sales and marketing environment working with aerospace and defense customers.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role the incumbent’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Responsibilities include generating and sending quotations to customers as well as processing and planning purchase orders received from customers.
Support to both After-Market and OEM sales, placing of new orders, creating new customer accounts, providing quotes for product as requested, running of daily invoices, CMM request and filing.
Daily interaction with customers following up on quotes submitted to customers to secure orders, respond to customer inquiries and phone quotes regarding spare part RFQs and orders
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a background which includes the following demonstrable experience, skills, and education:
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration a plus or equivalent experience in related field.
2 - 8 years Aerospace and Defense administrative and customer sales experience.
Demonstrated experience operating and contributing within a sales culture of accountability.
Experience with MS Word, Excel, Access, and Epicor.
Experience in quoting and corresponding with Aerospace and Defense customers
