We are looking to at a **Global Product Manager** with our Downstream and Customer Experience Marketing Team to help lead our Allied Health Professional marketing strategy and execute on the launch of several **ecosystem enhancement launches** . Use your influence management skills to help drive collaboration with the regions and other functions to develop the marketing strategy and execute on the launch of key new innovations.
You will be an important member of our fast-paced, high-visibility commercial marketing team. Every day we work to unlock the answers for patients who experience cardiac arrhythmia symptoms. **A Day in the Life:**
Lead and develop our Allied Health Professional marketing strategy to drive advocacy, education, and market positioning
Develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies to launch new products & technologies including messaging, physician engagement, effective pricing & sales engagement.
Help determine the evolution of product and brand positioning as needed, contributing and managing the planning processes with consequent rollout to stakeholders and implementing US activities/tactics, in coordination with the global plan
Consult with country and/or regional marketing and sales teams to introduce new product features, techniques, indications and capabilities.
Coordinate sales and related activities such as advertising, public relations, social media and strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
Create and manage content for customer-facing communications including newsletters, best practices, and webinars
Lead conference strategy and execution to exceed commercial marketing objectives
Maintain critical lines of communication between Diagnostics business and Patient Management business
Travel up to 25% both domestically & internationally.
**Must Have:**
Bachelors Degree
4 years of marketing, sales or technical experience (2 years with Advanced Degree)
Program or project management experience
**Nice to Have:**
MBA
Strong global commercial marketing experience; preferably downstream in the medical device or healthcare industry
Exposure to global healthcare markets and the global economy
Independence, energy & positive attitude
Product Launch Experience
Experience working with and creating programs for a sales force
Analytical and quantitative experience
Strong relationship building experience with physicians, staff, field sales organization and distributors
Demonstrated ability to present and influence at a variety of levels within the organization
