SUMMARY: Work closely with sales leaders to identify development opportunities for their sales teams on building knowledge and Know How regarding creating solutions that solve customer needs using: The Tyson Selling Process product knowledge and use of Tyson selling tools. Facilitate the development of assigned Foodservice Sales Team members conducting: one-on-one and team training events.

Responsibilities: Aid in the development i.e. consulted of Food Service training strategies and selling tools; Educate sales brokers through interactive workshops in-market digital corporate campus etc.. and video audio mediums on how to analyze assess position and sell the right customer. Support Sales and Customer Marketing by offering training and selling support to strategic customers to ultimately drive sales; Conduct training execution planning sessions with sales leaders sales team meetings large customer meeting opportunities new hire training sales agency planning training sessions and work with sales people in market territory. Utilize Tyson Selling System portfolio of tools to create solutions to develop sales skills Prep Plan Presentation and Post Meeting . Participate or facilitate learning sessions within sales team meetings sales agency meetings in-field or corp. office. Trainers must be knowledgeable in: All Category Brand Product Channel Segment Strategies execution plans to support the needs of each sales team. Knowledge of all BU Plans and Supporting Sales Tools are used as part of the training development and execution. The Foodservice Sales Training and Development Manager will also pursue continued learning opportunities through: Relevant educational workshops and industry activities. Be a forthright leader and reinforce a culture of servant leadership and assist in the continuous improvement of the Training Team through developing and managing a proactive training evaluation processes to ensure constant improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience in a directly related field.

Experience: 5 plus years minimum direct experience in culinary food service marketing food service operations industry or manufacturing and or food service sales; 2 plus years direct experience in training; Foodservice sales training experience desired preferably in protein prepared foods ; Menu analysis and development a plus.

Computer Skills: Proficient computer knowledge: Microsoft based programs PowerPoint Word Excel Outlook online internet navigation web based training and applications.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Special Skills: Possess solid presentation teamwork judgment and decision-making skills.

Travel: Ability to travel a minimum of 50% with projected to 70% .
