SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE
The Senior Manager, Commissions Operations will oversee the day-to-day workings of the Commissions Finance team, ensuring that Pure's sellers are paid accurately and on-time. The successful candidate will have experience managing a team of analysts working with a fast-paced, complex sales organization. The person in this role will also serve as the project manager for the annual compensation plan update project as well as other commissions-related initiatives. The candidate will have a drive for excellence and the desire to work with an already high-performing team to raise them to the next level.
Responsibilities:
Manage a worldwide team of highly skilled commissions analysts
Manage the monthly commissions processing schedule
Project manage the annual update of commission plans, including building the project schedule and overseeing UAT preparation and execution
Manage the preparation of commissions accruals, payments, and reporting to the field and other stakeholders
Manage inquiries from the field in ServiceNow, making sure they receive excellent service and that all SLAs are consistently achieved. Produce monthly reporting on inquiry activity
Assist in the creation of executive presentations and other communications
Manage execution of financial controls. Work with Internal Audit to ensure controls are appropriate and well documented. Provide support for testing by auditors.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
8 years recent experience in commissions or sales operations
5 years experience managing an operations team in a fast-paced environment
Experience working as a commissions analyst and the Excel skills to show for it
Experience leading UAT of system implementations and updates
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with SAP Sales Performance Management (CallidusCloud) or another commissions tool
