The Opportunity

As a Sales Team Leader, you are responsible for leading by example, a team of Account Managers, selling **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s Products and Solutions through Channel Partners, and interacting directly with customers. You will also work closely with a Sales Engineering Manager and team in your territory.

In this position, you would be working very closely with the leadership team and have a large amount of influence on sales team decisions and initiatives.
Your role
As a Player Coach, responsible to lead the Sales team in the WECA region, and assisting Regional Director in developing ad implementing a sales strategy.
Assists in the Recruitment and Enablement of new Sales team members in the assigned region.
You will utilize a consultative approach, discuss business issues with prospects and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal, or a formal sales presentation addressing their customer needs.
Respond to RFPs and follow up with prospects.
You will develop an account plan to sell to customers based on their business needs.
Provide, or facilitate training opportunities for your accounts.
Identify **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. customer references that can be utilized when reference selling.
Provide product feedback back to engineering to improve **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. complete block solutions.
You will use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities within partner organizations; break into new divisions and organizations within assigned partner accounts; develop new selling relationships through direct selling opportunities.
Schedule and attend sales call appointments with a prospect in a partner organization. **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Channel Partner Representatives may also participate in the sales call to help qualify for the opportunity.
What you’ll bring
Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development.
Can demonstrate experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
An aptitude for understanding how technology solutions aim to tackle business problems as well as the competitive landscape.
Ability to communicate with senior managers about their business challenges and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. data management storage solutions.
Experience using SFDC and other CRM software.
Proven sales track record of success selling technology into large Enterprise sectors.
