What’s the role?
Shell Fleet Solutions is one of the world's largest B2B fuel payments SaaS solution for commercial fleets globally, with the fleet management platform as the hub, and complimentary value-added mobility solutions at the spoke.
We currently lead Shell in Singapore by supporting our B2B mobility Fleet customers with a suite of business mobility offers over a menu of alternative energy solutions (i.e EV charging, Carbon neutral fuels, mobile energy infrastructure, solar and plastics to waste conversion programs) and digital transformation solutions (i.e Telematics, Freight Brokerage, Fleet data API) designed to help them through the energy transition. Currently we are the one of the B2B business in Shell that has demonstrated consistent commercial profitability in our alternative bucket of solutions.
Fleet Solutions Key Account Manager role requires exceptional skill and focus on customer portfolio/relationship management while hunting of new business within your market. This is a role for someone with passion for customers and sales that want to help their customers to navigate through the energy transition. It is one of the most important role in the company because it is at the customer interface that the purpose of the company takes place.
You will:
Experience adhering to a sales excellence framework processes (i.e Sales first) and role modeling Sales 1st behaviors.
Develop and execute sales plans and key account plans to deliver year on year financial growth.
Guide your customers through the energy transition and their de-carbonization agenda.
Develop and maintain long term commercial relationships with key accounts to support them through a tailored decarbonization framework plan.
Hunt for new accounts as well as farm your existing account base through referrals or by solution selling our alternative energy portfolio menu.
High level of customer ownership and work with Customer Operations, Marketing, Mobility, New Energies and e2e partner functions (e.g. Credit), to ensure highest standard of service for your customers.
Be responsible for the P&L for your designated set of accounts.
What we need from you?
4- 7 years of experience in B2B sales in fuel mobility payments environment would be highly advantageous.
Basic knowledge in EV (Electric Vehicle) charging, carbon credits, solar, telematics, last mile solutions, freight brokerage, API (Application Program Interface) and plastics to waste conversion programs but not necessary.
Demonstrated track record of consistent top sales performance.
“Let’s do it!” mentality, with strong positive attitude.
Entrepreneurial “self-starter” mindset with a passion for sales, customer and closing deals.
Customer obsession with genuine curiosity and courage to understand customers’ real needs and to challenge them to offer the right solutions.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Experience in big data/digital sales lead generation, value selling and negotiation of high value contracts.
Innovative mind to always be ahead of competition.
Learner mindset, daring to fall and get up again stronger and quickly.
