It will be interesting, engaging and fun!Player/Coach role – manage a book of business and maintain connectivity to clientsIdentifying clients that could be at risk and ensuring those items are entered in the jeopardy systemWorking with the AE team on clients at risk to enhance the probability of retaining those accountsImprove rollover by enhancing pricing on existing clients and ensuring acceptable profitabilityAs part of the global standards, responsible for: Portfolio Reviews, RFP Deal Coaching, Jeopardy, Client Planning and Articulating Value within the Risk teamPartner with DAU Regional Leaders, Growth Enablement team, sales leaders, and Industry LeaderBadged for DAU (RFP’s, Client Planning, Jeopardy, Articulating Value)How to make an impactEstablish clear roles, responsibilities and performance expectations for their client service teams while monitoring client satisfaction, particularly through the Client Promise Survey feedback. Monitor performance and suggest changes in AE assignments and the composition of service teams as appropriate. A few keys to successOrchestrate succession planning on key clients and AEs.Lead recruiting and talent pipeline for AE and Account Specialists for assigned area.Ensure that each client has an AE assigned (in partnership with the Managing Director) and handle assignment of accounts to ensure maximum efficiency and client satisfaction.Educate AEs and Account Specialists (particularly those new to Aon) directly and by assisting with training plans in client management, risk management, insurer interface and Aon resources, processes and tools and technology.Develop and maintain executive client contact program on key office accounts.Professional Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with Risk and Insurance Management/Business related curriculum preferred. CPCU, CIC or ARM will be helpful. Skills and Experience that lead to success7 years of appropriate insurance experience, coupled with managerial ability. Strong leadership and coaching skills with shown ability to drive growth.
