Looking for an energetic New Car Sales Manager who will be involved in every aspect of the N/C operation including marketing, ordering inventory, recruiting, training and retaining sales staff, desking deals, structuring deals for lease and F&I, show room and lot display and most of all working closely with the rest of the management team. This group has been together a long time and knows how to get the job done and how to take care of the customer. Must have a New School approach, be tech savvy, proficient with Reynolds and Reynolds and CRM programs such as DealerSocket.
