We’re currently searching for a high-energy, up-for-anything, ridiculously organized Sales Coordinator to support our team, at Baccarat Hotel New York.(Inside Tip: the best part of a challenge is figuring out the solution.)About you...nPassionate about Sales & Marketing with a min. of 1 year of similar work experience.nPrior experience working in a hotel is highly preferred.nExceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.nFlexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.nWhat you will be doingnResponding to guest inquiriesnAssist all Sales, Marketing, Reservations TeamnFunctions as a liaison between clients and hotel staff.nCoordinates all aspects of group functions by distributing important planning information to hotel operations and department heads.nPerforms general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying).nPrepares sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders).nPromotes awareness of brand image internally and externally.nEnter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties, billing) in software involved in the sales process.nAnswer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants)nMaintaining good relationships with existing clients.nGenerates Sales & Marketing related reports.nGroup block loading, management of groups and group resumes.nAssisting sales leaders in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities.nInvolved with coordinating / conducting site visitsnCoordinating in production of a wide range of marketing communications and activations.nAbout us...For 250 years, Baccarat has produced products that have delighted customers and set the standard for perfection and exquisite craft.
