We are in growth mode and we are looking for a senior sales professional to join our team and help us shape the future of employee benefits in the market. The successful candidate will have a successful sales track record in broking, consulting, and technology in the benefits space.  Responsibilities:Developing and growing 'New sales in the Large Commercial/ Corporate segments to achieve personal and team revenue target.Act as the right-hand person for the Head of Sales, demonstrating sales leadership capabilities and conducting trainings and mentoring for the team membersDevelop Sales collateral for broking, flexible benefits, and Communication / engagement technology platforms. Train team members on Flexible Benefits, Health Consulting and Technology so they can bring the latest trends and the best of Aon to the market. Actively search for new clients by developing leads through social platforms, cold calling, following up on direct marketing, attending networking events and converting leads to sales opportunitiesExecute Local Market Plans and develop a pipeline of opportunities in the Large Commercial I Corporate segment, with full responsibility for converting those prospects to clientsDevelop opportunities by demonstrating risk, insurance, consulting expertise and ability to help solve clients' problems in benefits administration and technologyEnsure smooth transition of 'New' accounts and strong collaboration to Broking and Account Servicing team in delivering distinctive client valuesManage responses to tenders and develop quality presentations as needed, work with the relevant bid management in country and regional expertiseFacilitate cross-selling activities and Aon United initiatives as directed by Supervisor Requirements:Degree or Diploma from a recognised university or polytechnicMinimum regulatory requirements (BCP, PGI. CommGI, HI, M5, M9) for registration as Broking and FA rep with MASAt least 8 years’ experience in Sales, Consulting, and Employee Benefits technology Strong background in sales, deep consulting knowledge on flexible benefits and technology implementationHighly motivated and sales drivenHighly articulate, an effective communicator who uses consultative selling skillsExceptionally organised with strong time management skillsExcellent team playerAbility to work under pressure and manage deadlines while maintaining prospect relationshipsCreative and lateral thinkerConfidence to present to audiences / decision makersStrong computer/systems literacy including first class Word and PowerPoint skills How to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
