OverviewAre you seeking a new opportunity to work for one of the worldu2019s most admired companies?  We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to work in one of our largest independent dealer support territories.  If you are a strategic sales executive with experience selling imaging equipment, software solutions or similar professional selling experience, we want to talk to you!   The Technical Sales Executive (TSE) is responsible for Sales Growth and Implementation of Canon Sales Strategies for digital imaging products in the Western United States Region (ideally the candidate will live in Washington, Oregon or Idaho).   This position is full time and is considered virtual. The office will be open 5 days a week; however you will not be required to report to the office unless there is a specific business need. Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.  nResponsibilities- Responsible for Canonu2019s Independent Dealer Sales Channel account management, territory management, marketing program implementation, education, and other Channel related support. Offer a solution and develop accounts. - Attain monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual quotas - Manage expenses to achieve P&L Objectives - Develop strategies to increase Sales with key decision makers in the Dealer Sales Channel and with End User Customers focusing on Canon equipment and solutions. - Provide marketing, technical, and administrative support to the Dealer Sales Channel and Customers. - Dealer/Account Relationship Management - Major Account High Level Introductory Sales Calls - Support Demonstrations, Educational Seminars, and Open Houses - Discover and Develop Customer workflow assessments and surveys including recommendations of hardware and software for presentations to Customer facing Senior Level Executives. - Provide Retail Sales Channel proposal development and bid support assistance - Coordinate and implement product launches and equipment/software updates with the Dealer Sales Channel - Provide Market Intelligence, Market Analysis, Feedback, and reporting to Canon USA. - Provide Canon event and show supportnQualificationsPLEASE NOTE: As a federal government contractor, we comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, orders and mandates.  As a result, the person performing this role must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless the Company grants an exemption based on a disability/medical condition or sincerely held religious belief.      - Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3-5 years of related experience. Sales/sales support experience in the copier industry (or) sales professional experience in a similar technical field. - Ability to communicate effectively with Fortune 500 Customers including CEO, CIO, and CFOu2019s presenting High Level Sales Strategies, ROI, and Technical Workflow analysis. - Knowledge of, or ability to learn, technical product and workflow knowledge to assist the Dealer Sales Channel and End User Customers with detailed analysis and recommended Canon hardware and software solutions. - Ability to travel minimum 30%. (3-4 business days, 1 or 2 times per month typically) - Candidate must reside in the Western States Region (Oregon, Washington or Idaho). - May require considerable travel throughout sales territory (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
